Giles Osborne, CA

Giles manages the Toronto office of Parker Prins Seel Lebano. He has a general auditing, accounting, and taxation focus, with a particular interest in the software industry and the not-for-profit sector.

With a background in general practice, including audit, accounting, and taxation work, Giles’ experience has included involvement in the audit of financial institutions, municipalities, and retail organisations. He also has a broad base of experience in personal and corporate return preparation and financial statement review. 

Giles also has eight years’ operational experience in the software industry, where he was the Director of Professional Services, Americas for Systems Union (now Infor), a mid-market financial accounting system author and vendor. His responsibilities in this role included the management of consulting activities for the Americas, the operation of the US- based integration development group, sales of software and services, and financial planning and monitoring. His clients while at Systems Union ranged from small not-for-profit entities to large Fortune 500 companies, and he had extensive involvement in international projects.
